General conditions

CHECK-IN from 4 p.m. | CHECK-OUT until 10 a.m.

Cancellation policy:
- In case of cancellation up to 21 days before arrival: deposit will be converted into a voucher for a booking within the current year or the following year at the latest
- From 20 days before arrival to no show: deposit forfeited
- For the ‘NON REFUNDABLE’ rate in case of cancellation, change or no show the entire amount of the stay will be charged.

Arrival, no show:
Arrival must take place on the appointed day after 4 p.m. On arrival, the identity documents of all persons occupying the room must be presented for registration.
In the event of late arrival, the customer must notify the Hotel in good time; otherwise, the room will be kept available until 10.00 a.m. the following day, after which the Hotel shall be free to rent it out to third parties.

Early departure:
The hotelier, in the event that the customer already accommodated cancels the agreed stay in advance - except in the case of documented force majeure - may demand from the customer the payment of the room for the entire period indicated in the booking (except in cases of fault attributable to the hotelier or his agents) net of any unused meals.

Price calculation:
Diamond Suite, Room Gold, Two-room Suite: minimum 2 people paying the full rate;
Three-room Royal Apartment: minimum 3 people paying full rate;
Villas: minimum 4 persons paying full rate.
Reductions: 100% for children from 0 to 4.99 years old | 40% for children from 5 to 13.99 years old | 20% for the third person from 14 years old onwards (in the Suite and Royal flats it is possible to add an additional child from 0 to 2 years old in the bed with parents or in a cot free of charge)

• Beach service (one sunshade and two sunbeds per unit - service guaranteed from mid-May to mid-September)
• Use of the swimming pool park, Open Spa, gym, play area and access to the park with fitness trail
• Gold Room and Diamond Suite | Formula Hotel with restaurant service: the price includes daily cleaning with change of beach towels, bed and bathroom linen; pool kit with soft bathrobes and slippers
• Suite and Royal Apartments or Villas with catering service | Aparthotel Formula: daily cleaning (excluding kitchenette and dishes) with change of beach towels and bathroom linen; bed linen change every 7 nights.
• Villas without catering | Formula accommodation only: first supply of bed linen, towels and beach towels, initial and final cleaning; on request: cleaning with change of linen at a cost of € 100.00 - excluding kitchenette and dishes)
• Entertainment service for children (approx. from mid-May to mid-September)
• Air conditioning/heating
• Parking space in the garage or in the outdoor area inside the Resort
• Wi-Fi
• Europa Card: discount card for restaurants, shops and various activities
  
  

Extras:

• Drinks: are not included
• Tourist tax: the price does not include tourist tax of € 1.20, payable from 1 May to 30 September for each person per overnight stay from 12 years old, up to a maximum of 10 consecutive nights
• Pets: animals are allowed on request only in flats and villas. In addition to a daily surcharge (more details on ‘Furry friends'), a deposit of € 100.00 is required, payable in cash at reception, which will be returned if there is no damage to the accommodation.
• Restaurant service (from May to September): Buffet Free Service or table service at management's discretion.
• Extra ‘Free Service’ breakfast: € 20.00
• Extra ‘Free Service’ dinner (excluding drinks): € 40,00

In the event of force majeure or in special circumstances, the management of Europa Tourist Group hotels and aparthotels reserves the right to move the booking, even partially, to one of our similar establishments at the same price conditions and with the same services.
